Return & Exchange Policy

At HERITAGE WEAR, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in every purchase.
If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your order.
🕐 1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can return or exchange an item if:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The tags and labels are still attached.
- You have the original receipt or order confirmation.
🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories (caps, socks, etc.)
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately, and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
📦 3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at info@heritagewear.pk, or message us on Instagram/WhatsApp with your order number.
- Explain the reason for return or exchange and attach a clear photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
- Our support team will confirm your request and guide you through the next steps.
- Once approved, send the item back to our address (you’ll receive the return details via email or WhatsApp).
💰 4. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if a replacement item is unavailable or if the product was incorrect or damaged.
- Refunds are processed through your original payment method or bank transfer within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
🔁 5. Exchange Process
- If your requested size or item is available, we’ll ship the exchange once your returned product is received and checked.
- You may need to cover courier charges for the exchange (depending on the situation).
🚚 6. Shipping Costs
If the return/exchange is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item), HERITAGE WEAR will cover shipping costs.
For all other returns/exchanges (like wrong size), the customer bears the return shipping cost.
🕓 7. Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your item for inspection and processing.
