🧥 1. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love what you wear!
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

🚚 2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location:
- Within Lahore: 1–3 business days
- Other cities in Pakistan: 3–5 business days
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure fast and safe delivery.
🔍 3. How can I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link from our courier partner.
Simply click the link or visit the courier’s tracking page and enter your tracking ID to check the latest delivery status.

🌍 4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, HERITAGE WEAR ships only within Pakistan.
However, we’re working on expanding to international shipping soon — stay tuned for updates on our website and Instagram page!
💳 5. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan
- Online payment options (via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash — available soon)
- All transactions are secure and your payment details are kept confidential.
🧾 6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
We recommend double-checking your size, color, and address before confirming your order.
📦 7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re very sorry if this happens!
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with a photo of the item and order details.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
🧺 8. Are all your products original and locally made?
Yes! Every product from HERITAGE WEAR is designed and made locally in Pakistan using high-quality materials.
We take pride in our craftsmanship and authenticity — no replicas, no compromises.
